International Clinical Research: Efficacy and Safety Verified by Authorities
A multicenter randomized controlled trial conducted by the International Continence Society (ICS) in 2013 showed that in the treatment group receiving pelvic floor muscle training (PFMT) assisted by vaginal balls (PelvicGymTM), the 30-day compliance rate reached 65.7% (60% in the control group), and the 180-day compliance rate reached 42.9% (33.3% in the control group). This confirms its effectiveness and high compliance as a conservative treatment, providing evidence-based support for it to be a first-line option for mild to moderate stress urinary incontinence.
